Uranus in Taurus 2018-2026

David Bowie - "Memory Of A Free Festival."  Merging higher dimensions of reality with our world.

We scanned the skies with rainbow eyes and saw machines of every shape and size.
We talked with tall Venusians passing through.
And Peter tried to climb aboard but the Captain shook his head
And away they soared,
Climbing through the ivory vibrant cloud.
Someone passed some bliss among the crowd.
And we walked back to the road, unchained.

"The Sun Machine is coming down, and we're gonna have a party."
"The Sun Machine is coming down, and we're gonna have a party."
"The Sun Machine is coming down, and we're gonna have a party."
"The Sun Machine is coming down, and we're gonna have a party."
"The Sun Machine is coming down, and we're gonna have a party."

Most people fret about Uranus in Taurus shaking up the financial system, sudden changes in the food supply, and other things that throw our comfort zones for a loop.

But there's always another side to shakedowns -- the breakthrough -- the gift that the very shakedown brings!  It's vital that we ask ourselves:  what's left when old systems go?  The blessings are innovation, ingenuity and a future-thinking humanity.

What better artist to bridge us into Uranian consciousness than the incredible David Bowie, the world's fave ET rock star?  Don't forget, Uranus rules ET's, spaceships and space travel - the very stuff of this little-known song off the Space Oddity album.

Besides visits from Sun Machines, these are some of the cool, funky, far-out things we might expect when Uranus, the planet of change and revolution, moves into Taurus May 15th.  After all, Uranus is all about cool and funky!

  • bartering

  • earth-based skills and talents

  • community aligned not by social class or economic status but by consciousness

  • nourishment from higher dimensions (think breatharianism and kundalini pranayam)

  • friends and group activities centered on humanitarian purposes

We'll be talking more about this in the days to come, as Earth Day approaches.  Taurus is a fixed earth sign and Uranus in Taurus will see a collective return to simple, practical, Earth-based values.  The goals and ideals first introduced in the 60's will finally be realized over the next eight years of Uranus' transit.  Aho!
